why most people don’t like morrissey?

His attitude can come off as crass and over the top. His stance on animals is also a hot topic of debate and how he supports PETA. I personally have no issues with it and I know people that have met him who said that he was friendly and kind. I think he has a general disliking of most people which makes sense to me.

The lyrics to “How Soon Is Now?” Spoke to me from a young age because I started getting bullied in middle school and I didn’t fit in in high school either but I always tried to remind myself when others think I’m a freak or outsider that “I’m human and I need to be loved, just like everybody else does...” it’s kind of empowering, and I can say that to some of the people bothering me. 💓

How Soon Is Now is my favorite Smiths song after Well I Wonder. It has always spoken volumes to me in so many ways. I too was bullied for years and never fit in anywhere.
